There are three types of jets that can be used for both business and pleasure.

Lastly, Heavy Jets are the hugest private jet planes around. It can hold up to 25 people, and it can cost up to $13,000 each hour to charter. Challenger 604, Boeing Business Jet, and Falcon 900 demonstrate this type.Any of these will get you to your destination city efficiently.

Pilots can make very good money as a private jet pilot. A private jet pilot is a pilot who charters famous people or really wealthy people. A pilot who charters a private jet can make well over one hundred thousand dollars a year. There are pilots who work strictly for one company. A pilot’s job is to charter the corporate workers to meetings that are in other countries. A company will pay a pilot by salary. There are companies that will pay a pilot a high hourly wage to fly the private jet. The corporations will even pay for the pilot’s hotel room and food and spending money when they travel. Each company that hires a private jet pilot will have different requirements that the pilot must meet in order to get employment. Some companies want the pilot to have a certain amount of hours in the air before they hire them.

Commercial airlines, because of complaints of stranded travelers are modernizing their computer programming systems. Domestic flights are complying to congressional initiatives to establish a flyer complaint hotline to keep flyers in the know on delays. These initiatives also are to make sure that travelers left on the tarmac for long periods of time, have restroom access, water, food and rapid medical attention as needed. Commercial airlines have made drastic steps to fill crafts with passengers, by stunting the quantities of jets in use and filling all chairs on those craft that are traveling. Beacause of this, commercial planes have increased the amount of seats on departing flights. Additional proposed DOT regulations have allowed commercial airlines to raise compensation for passengers who were denied boarding on flights that were over sold. Additionally, flyers can obtain a total refund within 24 hours of buying a ticket, and a reimbursement of luggage costs and reimbursement expenses when baggage is not conveyed on time. With such enhancements, commercial airline flying has noticed an increase in on time flights.

There is an overwhelming number of private planes on the market today. Most people who fly private jets do not own their jet, but charter their ride. However, before looking into chartering a ride, a person needs to know what their options are. There are four main styles: executive piston and turboprop, light executive jets, midsized executive jets, and heavy jets.

Piston and turboprop jets are optimal for small groups traveling on business. They are not recommended for people traveling extended distances and are some of smaller jets on the market. Light executive jets offer privacy and are a step up from the piston and turboprop. The interiors are still nice but they are not going to be the highest overall quality. When traveling in large groups you are going to need the midsized executive jet or the larger heavy jets. Both of these are very luxurious and have the space for large parties. These jets will provide for longer traveling distances to your destination country compared to the smaller versions.
